As queer and trans people we’re used to taking ownership over the changes we want to see. When someone tells us we can't or it won't work, we have learned to do it anyway! As part of that change making, we're stoked to announce that we'll be participating in this year's #optoutside efforts with @REI.
Throughout the fall, we’ll be hosting Queer Day Hikes dedicated to picking up trash and making our outdoor spaces a little better. As an outdoor organization, and people dedicated to taking care of our natural world, we believe it's our job to take care of the trails we use.
We always pack out more than we bring in and hope to inspire those around us to do the same. We look forward to making some change with you!
