Date: Sunday, May 16
Time: 10:00AM - 11:15AM EST
Cost:  Free to participants

Join Tam (they/she/he) of Toadstool Walks on a free Virtual Forest Therapy Experience where we will weave together our connections with the more-than-human world, each other and ourselves.  Forest Therapy is a heart centered approach to tending relationships in a way that supports cultural repair, health and healing for all beings.  This is a restorative sensory guided exploration of our inner and outer landscape rooted in reciprocity and open to interpretation.  There will be time to explore and just be on your own and also the chance to share in the virtual circle.

Join the circle from inside your home, backyard, porch or from a nearby natural area.  All the prompts, invitations, sharing and ways of participating are optional and there is no wrong way to be a part of this circle.  You will need to be able to log into Zoom from whatever device you plan to use.  You can download the app here: https://zoom.us/  Once you register, you will receive further instructions and a link to join the zoom meeting.
